Doug Andersen, CEO

Doug Andersen has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry. He has founded and funded a number of start-up firms, and has taken equity positions in other related services, technology and wireless companies.

Doug has helped these businesses consistently experience significant revenue and profitability growth even during the most volatile economic times. He accomplishes these successes by keeping a sharp eye on growth opportunities and expense control, recruiting talented team members and employing an experienced and expert management team.

Under Doug’s leadership, Pierce Professional Resources has built an impressive network of clients and has become the “go to company” for many leading firms in the pharmaceutical, financial services and management consulting industries. Doug holds a BS in Marketing from Seton Hall University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
